What is included in the "Victory Bundle"?
The Victory Bundle is a $110/month utility and amenity package that covers Gigabit Internet, gas, water, sewer, and trash. It also grants access to the community lounge, fitness room, dog wash station, and secure package room. -
Is Victory on Leonard pet-friendly?
Yes. We are a pet-friendly community. We offer a dog wash station for residents and allow up to 2 pets per unit with a $350 one-time fee and $50/month pet rent per pet. -
What are the parking options and costs?
Surface parking is available for $60/month, and covered parking for $125/month. EV charging stations are coming soon. -
Do the apartments have in-unit laundry?
Yes, every apartment — including studios — comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. -
How secure is the building for guests and deliveries?
We use the ButterflyMX™ video intercom system, which allows residents to manage guests and deliveries directly from their phones, along with secure key fob entry for all units. -
What appliances are included in the kitchens?
1BR and 2BR units feature a full stainless steel chef's suite — 4-burner range, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Studios feature a modern kitchen with a 2-burner electric cooktop, convection microwave, and dishwasher. -
Is there a space to work from home?
All units are Work-From-Home Ready with pre-installed Gigabit WiFi. 2BR units are designed with a second bedroom layout that works as a quiet home office. -
Do the apartments have outdoor space?
Yes, every apartment at Victory on Leonard features a private balcony. -
What fitness amenities are available?
Residents have 24/7 access to our on-site fitness center, included as part of the Victory Bundle. -
How do I see the apartments?
You can schedule a guided or self-guided tour directly through our website, or view our 3D and video tours available for each floor plan — Studio, 1-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom.
